One option is to have a professional sharpen the blades for you. If you want to do it yourself. A sharpening file, a sharpening stone or sharpening tool will work on most tools.

Tabor Tools products have a conditional warranty of 12 months for damage incurred through normal usage. 

Refund will be given up to 30 days after purchasing if the item is unused and in original packaging.
